Bringing experience from various settings such as football clubs, triathlon training camps, and a mixture of community, NHS and private settings. By listening to our client's needs, we set goals that are empowering and realistic and deliver on our services. We tailor our approach around you as a person and your lifestyle, adapting our plans to suit you.
Our main clinics currently operate from Ascendency Independent Fitness Gym in Warrington. We are passionate about improving the lives of our clients and gaining the best outcomes through our non-invasive treatments.
